Realm Makers serves a growing community of Christian authors who write exclusively in the genres of fantasy, science fiction, horror and all their related subgenres. Over 500 people attended our annual conference in July 2023 both in-person and virtually which reflects 25% growth in attendance over 2022. Also in 2023, our mobile bookstore sold over 4500 books at events all over the country and our new bricks and mortar bookstore, Bookish, in the King of Prussia Mall near Philadelphia, sold 17,000 books! Realm Makers is dedicated not only to the education and nurturing of Christian authors but also to the task of selling their books to readers.

The Realm Makers Conference is a hybrid conference. We livestream or video record every session of the in-person event in order to increase our ability to serve our network of members, exhibitors, publishers, and sponsors around the world.

AD SPECIFICATIONS

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All ad files are due by June 5th, 2024.

Note: If your ad is not submitted by the deadline, we cannot guarantee its placement in the conference program.

FORMAT: All ads will be in full color and full bleed. Any high res image file will work (ie. jpg, eps, tif or png). Make sure to reserve 1/4 inch internal margins from each edge to allow for trimming. (No important content should exist within a 1/4 inch of the edge of your ad.)

Please verify the dimensions of your ad. If you submit the wrong size and we are not able to receive the correct size from you by the due date, your ad may not be printed in the Conference Program.

For those sponsors shipping items for the registration bags to the hotel please note the following:

1) Make sure the items are delivered to the registration table by Wednesday July 17th at noon. Any items that arrive late will require your effort to place in the bags.
