SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All ad files are due by June 5th, 2024.Note: If your ad is not submitted by the deadline, we cannot guarantee its placement in the conference program.
FORMAT: All ads will be in full color and full bleed. Any high res image file will work (ie. jpg, eps, tif or png). Make sure to reserve 1/4 inch internal margins from each edge to allow for trimming. (No important content should exist within a 1/4 inch of the edge of your ad.)

if you wish to send a book for the conference bag, you may do so with permission. For in-person attendees, printed books are acceptable. For online-only attendees, consider gifting an ebook as well.
For those sponsors shipping items for the registration bags to the hotel please note the following:
1) Make sure the items are delivered to the registration table by Wednesday July 17th at noon. Any items that arrive late will require your effort to place in the bags.
