AD SPECIFICATIONS

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All ad files are due by June 1st, 2022. (DEADLINE EXTENDED TO JUNE 15TH!)

Note: If your ad is not submitted by the deadline, we cannot guarantee its placement in the conference program.

FORMAT: All ads will be in full color and full bleed. Any high res image file will work (ie. jpg, eps, tif or png). Make sure to reserve 1/4 inch internal margins from each edge to allow for trimming. (No important content should exist within a 1/4 inch of the edge of your ad.)

Full Page Ad - 8.5 inches wide x 11 inches high
1/2 Page Ad - 8.5 inches wide x 5.5 inches high
1/4 Page Ad - 4.25 inches wide x 5.5 inches high
Business Card Ad - 3.5 inches wide x 2 inches high

Please verify the dimensions of your ad. If you submit the wrong size and we are not able to receive the correct size from you by June 15th, your ad may not be printed in the Conference Program.
