SUBMISSION DEADLINE: All ad files are due by June 1st, 2021.Note: Programs will be sent to attendees prior to conference. If your ad is not submitted by June 1st, we cannot guarantee its placement in the conference program.
FORMAT: All ads will be in full color and full bleed. Any high res image file will work (ie. jpg, eps, tif or png). Make sure to reserve 1/4 inch internal margins from each edge to allow for trimming. (No important content should exist within a 1/4 inch of the edge of your ad.)
